"We paid extra for a deluxe room which was nice, however, the balcony view was bad as it faced railroad tracks and not the ocean like most rooms. Would have been nice if the bad view was disclosed upfront."

"Todo estuvo excelente, la zona no es de las más lindas de Nápoles pero si lo usas como centro para conocer la zona de la costa es más económica y tiene estación del tren en frente, lo único que podría sugerir es que se pueda bajar la temperatura de los aires acondicionados ya que la tienen controlada y con el calor del verano se tía un poco de calor en la habitación. Lo demás todo muy bien !"

"Views are the main event at this hotel but not too far behind is the helpful staff: friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Amenities are great - my favorite the beach club. Shuttle takes you to the beach, they greet you, provide towels, you take two separate elevators down the cliff to the beach and subbed, umbrellas are ready for you. There’s also a bar and cafe on premises. The pool is incredible at the hotel and again the views from there are amazing. Overall 5-star experience."

"A beautiful hotel set up.high with beautiful views of Vesuvius. Lovely swimming pool and sunbed area with attentive staff. Breakfast was good, but too many cakes and pastries for myself, I would have preferred more savoury options. Staff were good. Room was airy and clean. Beautiful view. Good air conditioning. But make sure you book the annex. A lot more modern. Bar is expensive. We would revisit this hotel."
