"We enjoyed our five day stay in this historic building. Check in and out is easy and staff is very attentive. The essentials room made for easy access to laundry services and any room essentials from towels to tissue. We had a wonderful Christmas Day dinner in the Luzii restaurant in the same building."

"Great location, easy access to transport, food, the Christmas markets and the tourist hop on hop off bus is across the road. The staff were helpful and friendly and we had Christmas lunch at Spargo restaurant which was excellent! "

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms were spotless and the bar/restaurant was a life saver on most nights. The breakfast here was absolutely worth it too! We are definitely staying here when we return!"
