"We loved our stay at Nicky’s. We were visiting to go hiking, and explore the Rocky’s. Nicky’s is very close to the RMNP entrances. Our hotel room was clean, a good size and the bed was comfortable. It had everything we need. The AC works and we were kept cool and comfortable the entire night. Getting the key was easy with the instructions and it was a quiet mountain lodge. If you’re expecting a luxury four seasons, this isn’t it. It’s a lodge in the mountains, with character and charm and beautiful views!! We had a great time and would definitely come back."

"This location is super close to the Rocky Mountain national park, particularity the bear lake trailhead. Staff was very kind and helped me check in. It’s very clean and quite cute but is a bit small. We had three travelers and with luggage it was a bit of a squeeze otherwise we enjoyed ourselves."

"We liked everything about this property except service in the restaurant and bar. We went to the bar for a late lunch and the waitress left us with the menus, disappeared, and when I talked to the bar person about ordering, I saw our waitress outside smoking with her manager! Only one person dealing with guests at breakfast and obviously brand new and untrained. These wait staff were pleasant people but needed someone on site to give them guidance. Breakfasts did not come with the room so eating in any of the nearby restaurants (5 minute drive or less) is a much better option."

"Pictures online depict the property well. Our room was as described. Had small fridge, microwave, and toaster! Working A/C unit and free YouTubeTV. Appreciated having 2 ice machines on site. We did not use either of the 2 community hot tubs, but they never looked too busy. The Patio Bar had cool vibes, fun live music every night. Loved to know a food truck came onsite one night. Otherwise, Tapiti Restaurant is walking distance down the road. Super close to Fall River RMNP entrance. The front staff were helpful and polite when we had questions. Never heard anyone/neighbor guests, and we stayed late June! Overall, would recommend staying here again!"

"This place is amazing and a wonderful place to start your adventures in Estes Park! The rooms were spotless, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The parking was convenient, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just minutes from downtown, great cafés, restaurants, shops, and Rocky Mountain National Park. The hotel was quiet, well-maintained, and made us feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Estes Park! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A special thank you to the young man in the breakfast area who kindly helped me prepare my waffle. excellent customer service!"
