The resort is excellent, peaceful, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. However, the food could be improved. Incorporating local ingredients, such as fresh seafood, would be a great addition. Also, television will be good too

Excellent stay. Buffet was great. Wide selection of food, infused with fun while having our breakfast. They have this gimmick of cracking an egg to know your prize for the day. I had a great time in Marriott.

There are two big doberman dogs on the property but the owners were very accommodating of the fact I was bitten by a hostel dog in Dumaguete a few days ago so they upgraded me to a different room so they wouldn't be near me. Staff exceeded expectations and the room was very clean and comfortable. WiFi was functioning which is pretty rare in the provinces and there is food available which is useful as there isn't much available in Calatrava. The dogs bark during the night which isn't ideal but I...

We had an excellent stay at Buddy’s Beach House. The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and quiet — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
The host was fantastic, very welcoming, friendly, and always helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail.
Highly recommend Buddy’s Beach House for anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable beach escape. We would definitely love to come back again!
