Great resort! beautiful ocean views. We stayed in the seaside villas. the staff was friendly and always available to assist, grounds were immaculate as was housekeeping staff. The Blue Mahoe restaurant served amazing food with seating overlooking the cliffs and ocean. It is to be noted that there is no beach area on this property. The little beach they did have has eroded. We traveled about 5 minutes down the road to seven mile beach which was amazing. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful views, this is it.

What a wonderful experience! We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Cliff Hotel in Negril. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine Jamaican hospitality. Every member of the staff was exceptional, from the security personnel to the receptionists and waitresses. Everyone was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Their warm smiles and excellent customer service truly made us feel welcome and appreciated. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, well maintained, and in excellent condition. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entire Ocean Cliff team for making our visit so memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would definitely return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Negril and looking for outstanding hospitality and a beautiful place to relax!

This property is very well maintained and clean. We loved the gardens and paths around each room that provided privacy. The seawater pool and patios are well maintained. We found snorkelling off the rocks in front easy and enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable with good seating on the balcony. The staff are attentive, friendly and willing to assist. We both had a massage that was very good, however, the massage table is a little exposed to the public and I would recommend that management add a privacy screen when a treatment is underway. We would definitely stay again.

It’s a really quiet location. Perfect for a retreat or get away. The only downside is that the parking is limited, so don’t go in expecting a standard parking lot. The staff are all super memorable and quickly make an effort to learning your names. Everyone was super accommodating and I would definitely go again! The food choices at the hotel were superb, and there are plenty of other good choices close by if you want a variety of foods. Oh and the rooms! The rooms are so comfortable that it feels like you’re home! The beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff leave no stone unturned.

Adorable cottages by the sea. The staff is what makes this place extra special. My husband had a medical emergency while on property and they were so helpful and caring, checking on us often during our stay. Special thanks to Allison in the restaurant who made our stay feel like we were visiting family.
