SCAMMERS. They tried to bait-&-switch me.

These guys tried to get me with a classic bait-and-switch. I made my reservation 5 months ahead & I picked this place because of the price & the location. During the busiest festive week in Negril. It is located next to 2 resorts where I would have friends close by. I was in town a week before my stay & made several attempts to contact them in advance as per their instructions but was always given the run around. "The reservation manager is not in office but we'll have him call you back ASAP." Friday-Wednesday, the same story. On Thursday when I am on my way across the island to begin my stay I call & was told by the receptionist that my reservation was moved to another property faaaaaaaar away & the location that I booked is not available. And of course the Reservation Manager is still not in office. They knew that thousands of people were starting their reservations on that day for the music festival and everywhere else is fully booked out, so they have you & your money by the nuts. All while trying to sell me the other property that's on the side of town that I want to avoid.
