"This property truly misses the mark. Our first night was marred by a loud noise from the AC the entire night. Finally, morning came so we could open the door for some breeze to get some sleep AND it was only met with jackhammering all day. The Second night, the noise on the AC was fixed but the AC was not cooling. So for me, it is a very strong pass. I spoke to staff and a simple "sorry" is all we got and emailed as well but still have not heard back from anyone."
