"The hotel and casino was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed at. The rooms were big and the bathroom was huge. We ate at 2 restaurants and both were great. Would stay there again"

"This is a horrible hotel to stay at. It's owned by The Best Western. Smoke detector was completely missing. Tub doesn't drain. On a three night stay no room service a single time. Pool looked like green pond water. You couldn't pay me to stay here again."

"Very clean and quiet room walkiing distance of the sault "soo" locks and downtown restuarants and shops. Highly recommend. If your travels take you to the michigan upper peninsula and sault saint marie book your hotel here!"

"I had a really great stay overall at the Comfort Inn in Sault Ste. Marie. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The pool area does show some wear and tear, and the jacuzzi tub had a front panel that looked a bit offset or caved in, which stood out. However, those were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again."
