"The room was great, very cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for our holiday. The location was really convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and metro and bus stations all close by. The only small issues were that the WiFi could be slow at times, and the hot water didn’t last long after turning off the heat button. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it! "

"Room was not clean there was hair fibers all around the floor There is not glass or whatever to have some drink in it Apartment if i can call it that way was much smaller around 20 square meters and in description it say more then 30 So the price we pay is totally too big for such a small room with nothing in it This room is not worth much that 30 euro per night Never again "

"Absolutely unacceptable experience — avoid at all costs. This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, the apartment had multiple issues: mediocre cleanliness, broken furniture (including a damaged chair), and Wi-Fi that didn’t work, despite being advertised. "Newly refurbished building very centrally located. Apartment is very nice, good facilities and very comfortable bed. We had the large apartment with balcony. "Our stay at this Hotel was brilliant , from the time we checked in to checking out everything was 1st class. The Gym is very well equipped and clean , shoers,lockers towels. There is also a steam room. Indoor heated pool and spa. Breakfast is included with some packages and although more expensive than other hotels was very good.Staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. There is a courtesy bus that runs throughout the day into rhe heart of Thessaloniki , great service. The rooms areclean ,modern,spacious and well appointed. Atm located in foyer. A very pleasant 7 day stay , suitable for business people , couple , tourists. Would highly recommend , one of the nicest Hotels we have stayed at."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of different choices. We were a bit disappointed to see the pool was closed as it was still very hot and sunny outside. Also, the spa was not really available, the reception didn't know much about it and they told us to call the spa, but no one was picking up so we just gave up. We believed that the spa is included in our stay Overall, it was a nice short stay, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. "
