We stayed here for 5 nights and cannot fault this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was fresh every morning with a good variety of dishes including a chef ready to cook your eggs, your way. Located in Chinatown, when walking outside there was obvious poverty but at no time did we feel unsafe. A short walk away was the Lucky Chinatown Mall, where we had many options for restaurants. Street food is also available.

Excellent stay at Citadines Roces Quezon City. The room is clean and new. And as a hotel at the same time a service apartment is a great experience and very convenient for those who like a long staycation. Their staff are friendly and a breakfast buffet is really good. And as a furparent a sweet stay with my pet is a big point in us. This is really an amazing hotel, we had fun and enjoy the birthday of my daughter. Trulywill refresh you and your whole family! The swimming is our favorite part.

Room was great although the space is small. Parking is limited so we had to park in nearby area and just transfer to the hotel when the slot was available. There is no option for valet as well, so this is a bit inconvenient. The place is very accessible to High Street which was a big plus. Their coffeeshop has limited seats. The hotel was fully booked when we were there, so there was a long queue in the buffet breakfast. Overall, we had a great time.

We always stay here when we go to concerts in the area. Every time and this is our 4th time we have never had a problem. Novotel Manila is an excellent hotel. Breakfast is amazing. The staff are extremely proficient. The hotel is right in the middle of shopping malls and restaurants.

Alright, I'll give you 'the good', 'the bad', and 'the ugly'. Savoy is, for some reason, VERY security conscious. They will run a mirror on a pole under your car (and check the trunk) when you pull up. I guess that's good (no, big deal). But, my girlfriend and I went out every day for walks and shopping. Staff recognized us every day. It was never a problem getting back into the hotel. It's VERY convenient to get to the international terminal of the airport. It should cost only about...

Breakfast had a lot of international selection. It had a wide spread of buffet. My family loved it. The staff was also kind and did some conversations. We were allowed to watch the World Cup at the lobby lounge. The experience was worth it. They also gave us complimentary drinks when we arrived.

Beautiful hotel. Helpful staff. Excellent location.
