"Great room, great breakfast, huge pool that was really well maintained (but the hotel should consider having a separate section for kids). Friendly and helpful staff. On the 15th of August the hotel offered by the pool free sangria, ice cream and water melon (all top quality). There was a huge mall 5 mins walking distance, which was fantastic. Easy access to city centre by the 89 bus. A great experience"

The room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly, kind and helpful. Most importantly, they are proficient in English which makes ease of communication for foreign travelers. Customer service is great and they go beyond to making breakfast box for guests who need to travel early outside of breakfast operation hours.
