A começar que o Senhor Luiz nos recebeu na porta e quase não nos deixou entrar, pois queria que tivéssemos feito a reserva com ele e não com o site. Ao entrarmos no quarto, estava SUJO, com cabelos o chão. A toalha é dura, horrível. A cama é horrível e o quarto abafado. Não tem ar condicionado no quarto do casal como menciona no site. "This is a great location for restaurants and nightlight bars, and the hotel is quiet, as it is behind all of the street action. It has a very good front desk attendant, and the rooms are cheaper if you pay for the next night at the office (20% less). That said, the hot water is only enough for one person as it is a small, in-room tank; it takes 20 min. to renew. The mattress was old, the towel thin, old and grayish. Check-out is at 10am."

"I hotel has a great location close to plaza indepensia with good coffee and dining options close by. The pool was a plus and the staff were friendly and helpful. One annoyance was that there was not an english language station on the tv, cnn or bbc please!"
