The hotel staff were friendly and very courteous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet. The hotel is centrally located in Mendoza’s historic center. I highly recommend this place.

Very attractive and clean property. Staff were exceptionally accommodating. Although only one person on desk at check-in, his grasp of English was fair, processed without any hitches, went to curbside to unload and transport luggage to elevator. Good curbside parking for loading and unloading. Easily accessible from curb to lobby. Fronts on Plaza de Italia, attractive and peaceful city park. Easy access (two blocks) to Aristide shopping/dining area. Fuentes y Fonda Restaurant on southside of plaza an excellent dining option. Highly recommend.

Location, for me it is close to the office of the company I visit frequently and it is also close to good restaurants, shopping areas and parks. It is a very easy city to get around on foot.

The hotel is very well located, the staff were extremely attentive, I would like to highlight Raul and Juan, the breakfast was good, the room was kept clean and very tidy. As the hotel is a little older, the bathroom shower needs to be improved, there is a glass that only covers the side next to the shower, the rest is open and wets the bathroom floor. Overall, it was a great cost benefit.

Amerian Hotel Good Location & Value

Amerian was a great place to stay for price and value. I would probably stay outside of Mendoza next time. Amerian had a great buffet breakfast, rooftop pool and restaurant. The beds were uncomortable for me but that is a personal preference. The hotel is well situated in the heart of town. I do recommend.

The room was spacious and quite comfortable. The hotel is well located with easy walking around the heart of Mendoza. The buffet breakfast was lovely with something for everyone tastes. The only thing that could be better is the bed. The spring mattress was not the most comfortable.

Great hotel facing a beautiful plaza

Great stay in a room overlooking Plaza Italia in Mendoza. Roomy bathroom. Excellent full breakfast including all kinds of fresh fruit. Front desk staff went above and beyond to help us with an issue changing a flight. Highly recommend.

The hotel was great staff and service was top notch. The only thing that was not well equipped was the fitness/gym area. Would be good to expand it a little bit and add more equipment for people travelling. Or have a deal with local club for passes while people stay there.

We liked the coffee, it was good, and so was the included breakfast. We would have liked the pool if the weather had been good. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable. The towels were a little on the older side. The room was clean and maintained. One of the toilet bolts was loose. In summary we enjoyed the hotel and we would return.
