"A classic hotel in Cali now features renovated rooms. We had a great time with family and during Cali’s half-marathon. On a side note, the pool is excellent but lacks adequate service for ordering drinks and providing towel availability."
"The cleaning is horrible, they use the same towel to clean everything and everything smells horrible. Also, they clean the bathroom in seconds, wiping away the dirty towels that are left to be changed. The bathroom is dirty and the shower doesn't clean at all. This hotel has a kitchen but the cleaning is so horrible that I wouldn't dare cook anything!!"
