Pleasant stay

This boutique hotel was very clean, comfortable, the staff was really friendly & the location was great. The only downside was our dining experience where they didn’t have anything we asked for from their menu which was strange - both food & drinks.

Excellent Stay!

Had a wonderful stay at the NH Cali Boulevard del Rio! Room was perfectly crisp for the summer weather, beds were comfy, and oh so spacious!! Located within walking distance to a lot of tourist hotspots like the Jairo Vaerla Plaza, Iglesia Ermita, Cat Park, La Merced, etc. Also made good use of the onsite gym. Staff was so friendly and helpful, esp with airport car reservations. They even suggested really good restaurants in the area but the coffee here at the hotel in the morning was probably the best in town!! Would absolutely stay here again.

Good hotel in good location

Great hotel, excellent service and good location. The only issue is the noise in the central patio very early in the morning, with staff chatting and preparing the space for breakfast. Since it is an enclosed place the echo is loud in the room
