The hotel is very chic, very cozy. It has a central location, close to shopping, fine dining and “el alumbrado de Cali”. The staff is very friendly. If you want a relaxed, carefree vacation, I recommend this hotel.

This boutique hotel is really cute, clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, a lot of great restaurants, shopping centers and beautiful places within walking distance, the staff was very friendly, helpful and always willing to assist in anything. I will definitely return to this hotel in my next visit to Cali.

I stayed at this hotel before this is the reason why I chose it. They gave me a room with no windows I called the reception to req another room as I get claustrophobic, front desk clerk made me go downstairs with my luggage to pick up the key and said I should tell them that I get claustrophobic, which I responded : how can I know you have rooms with no windows. The shower had long black hair (not mine, I am blond). The light in the closet did not work, I reported it but they did not fix it

Im very please with the property, food was great staff was great. But i fall inside the bathroom was very slippery and it was nothing to hold on to it. I hurt my back and my head was crack open. I told the front desk and all he said is send a review Im glad I was there with my mom and she help me. I cant imagine if it was my mom who fall in there. They don't have a handy cap reel or nothing. Really danger

El hotel es bonito, la cama es cómoda, el baño pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario y sobre todo limpieza. Puedes ir caminando a varios lugares (parque, restaurantes formales e informales, centro comercial, etc.) y la zona se siente segura.
