"The hotel was elegant and welcoming, My friend and I went to bed each night pondering what delicious treats to have for breakfast in the morning, The staff was friendly and helpful , and we loved having a Guinness at Fitzgerald 's last evening, The room was tastefully appointed , and the bed was comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the array of pillows! The service was impeccable, and we will be raving to our friends and families about our stay at The Imperial, to be sure! "The hotel was clean. Staff were top notch beyond exceptional for everything. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. There is a small health club attached to the hotel that you can use. They have a pool and that turned out to be really nice. It's included. We didn't eat there but did have a drink. They are pricey. Location is good not great for getting around. Taxi service is easy. This was a last-minute book as we cancelled another reservation. It was a little bit pricey, but I believe that's because it was last minute. Overall, a great stay. "
"This is excellent hotel enhanced tremendously by the most friendly and attentive staff. The hotel property is very spacious and kept very clean. The food served in the restaurants is very good too. Free access to the pool, sauna and steam room is an added bonus. In short, one doesn’t have to leave the hotel, everything is taken care of in the most luxurious surroundings. "This place is a good place to stay and the only critique is the beds are a little bit rough. A €50 mattress topper on Amazon would fix the problem. That’s just my feedback. Each apartment has a private room that’s rented out and each room has its bathroom with a private shower and toilet and sink. The only thing that shared is the kitchen. I would much rather stay in a place at this then stay in a hostel. Overall, I will give it a 4.5 out of five. Just one small area of improvement is the bed."
