Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, and a great selection of items at breakfast. Good, well stocked bar with a varied menu. The sink in my bathroom had a couple of hairline cracks and the bottom of the bath round the plug hole was a bit chipped. Nevertheless the room was a good size, clean, and well equipped for a standard double room.

There are two Maldrons in Cork. I booked the wrong one. Once noticed the front desk staff was so helpful and contacted the other and got us switched seamlessly. I did not have to do any leg work. Both locations were beautiful and in convenient locations.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and centrally located in Cork. They advertise onsite parking when in reality there’s about 12 spots and it’s first come first serve. They have an agreement with a parking garage for a discount rate but it’s down and hill and requires you to walk down/up stairs. Besides that, everything was great and we would stay here again. Our bartender Shanice was amazing.

This was probably my favorite hotel of all the ones we stayed during our tour of Ireland. It was once a hospital and has a lot of neat history. It is located in the Shandon area, very near some beautiful Cathedrals. It is a bit of walk to the actual shopping, but would definitely stay here again. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We stayed in a family room, and it was perfect! King bed in the center, twin beds on each side!

The hotel is in a great location. It’s an easy walk from the train station and close to the city center. The automated check in process was quick and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety. It was a very nice place to stay.
