Wonderful food and delightful bar. Our room was truly special (and there was housekeeping every day!). Not a good choice if you can't manage very steep narrow winding stairs (which add to the charm) but otherwise wonderful in every way. "

"Loved my stay at this hotel. Best room I have stayed in for quite a while. Large room with ample seating options. Good blackout curtains. Nice decor (saw two rooms on different floors and both were nice - not boring beige. Wonderful location - right in the heart of towna dn easy walk from train/bus station. Staff Excelletnt. Fabulous in room amentities. Loved the breakfast room. If I had to say negatives it would be - Toilet paper quality very poor which was a surprise given how nice everything else was. Also TV channels - very limited. But these are minor things I would happily stay here or at another hotel owned by the same company."
