"The overall stay was very good. The staff was so friendly and professional. One of the waiters even changed the football flag on the table so he could get an Argentina flag. The property was very clean and the door attendants were very attentive to the ubers that we took each time we were leaving the property. The only downside for us was the size of the bed. We were hoping they were a little bigger but, apart from that factor, I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn. It's right in the heart of Miraflores- a short walk from Kennedy Park. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality."

"Great area with lots of shops, cafes, and salons. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff very friendly and multi lingual. Rooms are super comfortable with black out drapes and soundproof windows. We slept well. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Hot entre choices, bread,cereal, cold meats and cheese, cappuccino, fresh juices. The perfect way to start our day. We will definitely return."

"The hotel outdoor parking seemed secured enough, there is not enough space to park at front when it gets busy. The staff was always ready to help, kind, and courteous. Breakfast was really nice and flavorful. I enjoyed the Omelette with veggies, fresh fruit, and juice. The chef was always checking-in... I definitely come back again. Thank you!! "

"This was located in a very nice area and was also a beautiful place. I arrived at almost midnight and the person in the lobby only spoke Spanish (as might be expected in Peru). Unfortunately, I had not been sent all of the necessary information from Hotels.com including the keycode for the door. I was able to contact the property manager and they were able to send me the door code - but all of this took at least 30 minutes when I would have rather been in bed. The property manager was great, but much of this could have been avoided if I was more familiar with this type of rental. There was no mention that the apartment did not have air conditioning. This is common in Lima, but the temperature was quite warm. "
