An excellent hotel! This hotel was intended to only be an overnight stay but because my airline delayed our flight for no reason (at least given), I had to request an additional 9 hours to stay. The staff at this hotel didn’t hesitate to allow my family and I to stay longer nor did they balk but contacted us relentlessly via WhatsApp when we left something behind when traveling to the airport! Both Ed and the woman who checked us in were exceptionally kind and coherent with us that I didn’t feel as if I would have received the same level of service if someplace else.

Tome bus en Cruz del Sur a Huaraz, antes de partir y a mi regreso me hospede, a pie esta súper cerca, 10 min caminando de la estación, la zona es segura, tranquila, el hotel me quedo súper, la estancia estuvo agradable. Lo recomiendo.

Cuidado con el check in

Me dieron una habitación simple en lugar de la suite que reservé. Pensé que fue un error mío a la hora de reservar y me hicieron sentir que me hacían un favor en cambiarme de habitación, a tal punto que le agradecí al Sr. Carlos por este favor. Luego encontré el mail de Hoteles.com que detallaba mi reserva y me dijeron que la tarifa que pagué era muy económica y no correspondía a la suite. Al final me dicen que el error lo origina Hoteles.com por no proporcionarles el detalle de mi reserva. La habitación es cómoda, pero me llevo una muy mala impresión.

Pagamos por una habitación superior pero al llegar el hotel estaba lleno y nos metieron en el anexo. La puerta de la terraza no tenía cerradura y era un primer piso. El desayuno en el anexo era solo café y tostadas, no fruta, ni zumo ni nada caliente como ponen en las fotos. Muy decepcionante
