"The services at this hotel are excellent. I was traveling solo from the US and found the staff to be extremely helpful. I was taking an Uber from Mumbai to Shirdi and was initially worried about my safety. However, the staff member, Loknath, went above and beyond by taking the Uber driver's number and details. He even called the driver to ensure I reached Shirdi safely. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."

"Not very well sign posted. Bed was comfortable but bathroom facility quite risky to use for an elderly person. Although the description said that a continental breakfast could be ordered for an extra charge, they could only get me a south Indian breakfast and that too after several requests. At checkout, the rather sheepish manager thought it best not to charge me for breakfast and rightly so! The lackadaisical Manager left most things for the young bell boy to cope with and it is this young...

"Great place close to Mumbai airport. Staying here took the hassle out of trying to reach the airport on Ganesh Visarjan day when major roads in the city are closed. The lovely lobby hosting an art exhibition and excellent restaurant choices made it easy to gather with friends "
"Staff was so helpful! Very quick with any questions or requests. I had an early flight, and had to check out in the middle of the night. I had difficulty with Uber picking me up, and one of the staff of hotel kindly assisted me with finding an Uber ride and carrying my luggage. Felt so comfortable and welcome here. "This is not a place for outsiders. All of the other guests in the (tiny) bunks were poor Indian men on their way to be, say, a guest laborer somewhere (one man showed me his visa to Ghana).
Anyway, it was awkward AF, so I powered through a couple nights and then moved next-door to the Afra hostel — still pretty much a local place, but MUCH better, and I even made some new good friends there. Actual showers, a few western toilets, a men's wing, a woman's wing, and a mixed dorm, no hangout space, but at least the bunks have really good curtains, and an electrical outlet and a light.
Next-door at Shahana you're just in the dark if the room is in the dark, and you might be made to feel out-of-place."
