"Beautifully maintained property, quite stunning from a distance.
The room and bathroom were excellent, spacious and with every facility.
The inclusive breakfast was brilliant value included within the room rate.
The receptionist when we arrived Sat evening was great and knew what he was doing.
They are obviously training new staff which did lead to long waits at the bar and the reception in the morning but all in all everyone was kind and helpful.
Highly recommend for a stay in Birmingham, with discounted overnight parking and a 12 min walk to the city centre."
