"The room was perfect, so clean and modern with a great view! It felt very safe and cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful when we reached out with general questions about our trip. The location is excellent, a view, the beach, lots of food and markets close by but not loud in the room. The bus and train station is 1 minute away it was so perfect, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! "

"I really liked this place. It’s very clean and safe. I was there for two nights in July 2025 and I would definitely book again if I ever travel back to Rome. Just make sure you know your door# because there’s no front desk clerk. You click the intercom button and once you say you’re there for check in… you are buzzed in.
I have no complaints about my stay… very quiet and secluded."

"The host was so much more than patient. Our flight into Rome was delayed, then we got hopelessly lost trying to find the guest house. No internet, of course, as we had US cell phones. The host waited for us much longer than I would have.
The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked for breakfast.
We were only there for one night - barely 12 hours. Anyone could do a lot worse by staying somewhere else."
