"Hotel needs improvement, no amenities in the room, no hangers, no coffee maker, you need to walk 1/2 mile to the nearest Starbucks, the closest beach is within walking distance as well but no chairs or umbrellas for rentals, no food kiosks either. "

"We have stayed here twice now, both times with a small child. Having many restaurants in such close proximity was perfect, as was the kitchen and proximity of the pool or inlet. The grounds are well kept, rooms a tad in need of some TLC but well maintained overall. It was so nice being away from downtown and in such a serene area. We will be back! "

"Good value for the price. You get what you pay for and adjust your expectations accordingly. Rooms are dated but in good condition. Bed is comfortable. Noise level is high because of the outside traffic but the hotel is in the city, it’s the price to pay to be close to everything. A few loungers are available at the beach across the street. Get there early to get one or pay $10 for a lounger from local guy. Decent breakfast included which is nice. I would recommend this hotel if you’re travelling on a budget.
