The beds and pillows are uncomfortable, however the views are amazing from the ocean front room. The pools could be a little warmer- some staff was A+, others had no personality and not super friendly. Water is precious there so they do not give you bottled water, only cups filled. Everyone was very welcoming highly recommend the buffet food was great. We only got to try the Edgewater restaurant highly recommend the lobster and steak.
