During a huge storm and power outage the staff went above and beyond for their customers. Even getting us into our room while the power was still out so we didn't have to spend the night in the lobby. Excellent work!!

Had a three night stay at Sonesta, the hotel was clean, staff was great, breakfast was good, and the room was excellent. The airport shuttle was being serviced when I was leaving and staff was kind enough to order an Uber for me. Definitely a must stay if you ever visit Nashville.

The airport shuttle was very easy. We did not have breakfast because we had to leave early for the airport. Our air conditioner didn’t work right in the room and the phone didn’t work either other than that it filled the knee that we used it for.
