We arrived a day late due to illness and the manager was able to refund one day of stay at the property which he didn't have to do because we were outside of the required notice of cancellation or change we really appreciate what he did he went out of his way to help us

We really enjoyed this hotel. Check in went fast. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. There's a busstop close by, so you can go into the city easy and cheap.
