This is a very nice hotel! Quiet, safe, clean and with spacious rooms with full kitchen, I enjoyed my 1 night stay during my business trip. It is close to food as well.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious. The rooms were comfortable and very spacious. Felt like a home away from home. I wish there was a jacuzzi but overall, everyone was wonderful and we will definitely stay here in the future.

Room was spotless. Bed was perfect. Nice pillows and extra cover and sheets if you need them. No odors other than fresh. Very quiet and peaceful. My only criticism would be the shower took awhile to warm up and didn't get very hot. I would definitely stay again!

The female receptionist on Oct 10 morning was so unfriendly and rude. (Is she a racist???) That's why my evaluation is low and I cannot recommend this hotel to my friends. Just what we expected from a Residence Inn by Marriott - which is why we chose this hotel when visiting relatives in Mt. Juliet. The in-room kitchen and dining equipment were adequate - especially since we largely ate out at one of the many local restaurants. Well pleased.
