Do not stay here

It was horrible. There were blood stains on the comforter and hair and grease on the sheets. We immediately checked out after entering our room.

Could not change room from 2 to 4 people. Made us get an additional room. No free breakfast and rooms were not great. No other options at that time at night.

Nasty lampshades, broken lampshade, missing doorknob on the bathroom door, washcloths looked they were used to clean the floors before they were washed and gave out to the customers and more.

It was like the entire area was shutting down. We were told they had free breakfast but that was not available. There was only about 1/3 roll of toilet paper and we had to ask for more. The room was ok but the tv was acting up and we had to change room because the tv was not working. birds were chirping all day and night outside our room.

It was so dirty, sheets and towels looked like they hadn’t been washed. The tv box said the words “camcast” on it so I believe it was a camera. The door had a big gap in it so I felt very unsafe in this place. All in all it was the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had.

Stay away from this hotel.. couldn’t be more dirty.. carpet falling apart, all the bedding full of all kind of stains as well as towels.. I was taking a shower at 10am and the annoying manager started knocking the door asking if I’ll stay longer because check out was at 11am. Really?? Asked for a Non Smoking room and everything smell as cigarrete.. look elsewhere and soend couple more bucks to avoid this hole.

Sleep in your car before here.

The staff was not friendly when I checked in. They kept trying to overcharge me by saying they didn't see my reservation. Then told me my room door may be open to air room out. I got to room door was open and I went to turn air on and there were bugs flying around the window. One curtain had a big hole in it and the other someone had killed bugs on it. I will never stay here again because they had a no refund policy.

Definitely a No

I would definitely not stay here again. The lady at the front counter was really nice. The bedding had burns in them and stains. The curtains were torn and the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed in awhile. The dresser was dusty on the top and the room smelled musty. The bathroom did not have any shampoo or soap. The ceiling in the bathroom had water damage that looked very fresh.The room was very outdated. Theres a reason they dont show full pictures of the hotel room.

I called this property before i booked the room i asked the guy did they have amoking rooms he said yes then i asked if there was a deposit he said yes so i booked the room as soon as i get there the same guy i spoke with on the phone then tells me that this property has all non smoking then when i aaked him was he the guy i spoke with on the phone he lied and said no but he was the only person in the office so i get into the room there was blood on the comforter burn holes all over the sheets they left cleaning supplies in the room this property doesnt get alot of business and i still didnt understand why he put me on the 3rd floor

Terrible customer service

I booked this place and explained that my partner will come late, but I’ll book for 2people and he acknowledged. Then, when she showed up, front desk person refused her to check in. I had to go to front to verify it. Next day: I checked out earlier due to my job. My partner checked out and re-organizing her vehicle, front desk parson confronted my partner that she is stealing linens from room. She did not steal at all. She is middle of moving and all her stuff is inside her vehicle. Front desk pardon threaten her to extra charge from my account. He does not understand customer service at all. He treated guest same as criminals.

Motels easy comeback from Covid

I got there they charge for my younger kids $ 20.00 extra dollars. The lady said I could view the room . She held my I D I got to view the room 108. I walked around and was able to go to the room by myself. My kids sat in the truck. I walked to the door and it was dark . The room was located outside in the back and no light . I opened the door and smelled mold I video the room .it was nice but my son and I have respiratory issues we can’t be around mold or smoke. The lady at the front desk said that I will lose our money because I wouldn’t consider of staying . I called after I left to get a better understanding but a man played on the phone. I will report to bbb and this is not fair by along shot with lost of money and time. Later found a better hotel to stay in that night but I almost put someone that could held it in there since no money refunded. This app needs to make some changes . This can’t be sat in stone the way we as customers are treated!!!

People have given bad reviews, but for the price it's not that bad .it's not a luxury hotel but an older one.it represents what nashville used to be like back in the days.Anytime l'm in the Madison/ Rivergate area this is my go to place.service was great,lady behind the counter was very nice.
