We checked in 9/6 the clerk was saying how she was surprised how busy it was while seeming frustrated and saying her shift is almost over. We chose this location for many reasons, 1 the positive reviews and that it had a lounge and restaurant on site. We drove 9 hrs looking forward to relaxing without having to drive for dinner, however we were informed due to the pandemic the restaurant & lounge were closed. What pandemic in 9/2026? The other is just personal but the the room seemed in need of updating.

I booked here bc it was close to the chapel for my wedding. It’s outdated. The staff is friendly and helpful. My daughters’ room smelled like weed when we first arrived and it looked like someone had kicked a hole in the bathroom door, to which they filled with drywall mud. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast left much to be desired. Overall, it was an okay experience. The rooms were clean and they had on site parking, which is great for Nashville.

The hotel has a lot on paper. 2 restaurants on site, free parking, free WiFi, pet friendly, onsite gift shop. But it is an older building who’s design leads a little to be desired. We stayed in a standard room and it was just that. The bathroom was dated and the sink outside of the bathroom was right next to the door. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The ability to use Netflix and other streaming services was a bonus. The front desk staff were awesome as was the bartender at the smaller restaurant. The old rooms did not offer much in the way of soundproofing. Every door shut anywhere nearby shook the room, voices were easily discerned from adjoining rooms, you can hear other rooms showers and toilets flushing. We most likely will not seek out this hotel agin.

The best part of staying here was definitely the staff—they were extremely friendly, always smiling, and very eager to help. The location is fairly good, just a 7-minute walk from Broadway, with convenient spots right across the street like Dunkin', 7-Eleven, and a few other food options. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired. The bathtub was constantly clogged, so the water wouldn't drain during showers. On top of that, the air conditioner was extremely loud all night, which made it really difficult to sleep. Overall, it's decent value for money if you're on a budget, but just keep in mind that you won't find high-quality facilities here.
