I mean, it’s a Gaylord Resort so you know it’s going to be impressive & have everything! This was our first actual stay at the hotel [March] but we’ve visited 2 times before around Christmas. Stay was good. Billing was wrong , charged for the complimentary water that was given for being a member of the Hyatt loyalty program It was rectified.

Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville - Music City Center
The pool was not open. There was so much loud construction you couldn’t sit outside. Breakfast was good.
