"Great Staff! Great food at the restaurant! Just wish it were a bit closer to Narvik since transportation to the hotel can be difficult or very costly. Overall great stay!"

"It was a good place but service at the front desk was slow as no one was at the desk most of the time and you had to ring a bell then wait. They also charge for parking now. They just started about 2 months ago and it's an automated system with cameras that read your licence plat when you enter, then when you leave you must pay at the kiosk in the entrance. The restaurant was closed on Sunday, the day we arrived, but the breakfast wa very good on Monday morning."

"Come on Best Western you can do better than this, it is a glorified youth hostel. No negative comments about the staff who were friendly and helpful. They provided quality buffet meal in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning. But really the room was in the main house. The walls are so thin you could everything in the next room. The bath leaked and there was a big pool of water on the bathroom floor. None of the electric sockets worked at all and I mean none. The staff were apologetic...
