Good location

The cleanliness is good, location is also very convenient. The aiport bus stops directly in front of the hotel. There’s a shopping mall just across the road with a supermarket too. Only complaint is that there is no bathroom slippers and toothbrush kit provided.

Nice breakfast, personeel is friendly and attentive. I stopped here to take the train to Sweden, the hotel is a perfect location, 5 min walks to train station and to city centre. The hotel has a long history we can see from the stairs and elevators but inside the room is newly refurbished and modern. I will stay here again.

Great location. Bus stop outside if you are coming from Lofoton or Tromso. Not far to walk to city centre. Not for to walk to the railway station.

They checked us into an old room that was really hot and dirty. A very high step into the bathroom which made it easy to fall. Very unsafe for elderly or kids. They did upgrade our room to a renovated one, but with a fee of 200 NOK. Better be safe than sorry!

Dårlig vasket

(Vell og merke på den gamle ikkerenoverte delen) Hotellet er sentralt og fin plassering rommet var slitent, veldig varmt. Veldig dårlig vasket var syltetøy rester opp langs vegger og masse hår over alt, under senga var det masse støv. Varmvannet i dusjen var lunka og dopapiret var små servietter nesten. Ekkelt når det er dårlig vasket. Hyggelig betjening da

Room with "limited ventilation"

Was asked at check-in if I wanted to pay for an upgrade because my room had "limited ventilation". The problem turned out to be that the window could not be opened properly, which made the room very hot. This is not normal.
