Great stay in Narvik at the Royal. Great breakfast included. Old school bar restaurant attached. If you’re skiing and don’t have a car, it’s a 20-30 minute hike up the hill. Call a taxi. Good lobby snacks including sandwiches if you arrive late. Rooms w view of the ski hill are available. Check that ski hill is fully open when planning. Gondola was closed and 3 slopes were open in Feb 2026 as they prepared for World Championships

Excellent Reception at the hotel from check in till check out by Staff Victoria. Sadly it was her last day working with Quality hotel when we checked out. Location of the hotel could not be more convenient as the bus stop is just right in front of the hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located and staff very friendly. The rooms are a bit tired and more like a budget hotel, the breakfast v nice but no room to sit. The gym access a few buildings down was good

Good location

The cleanliness is good, location is also very convenient. The aiport bus stops directly in front of the hotel. There’s a shopping mall just across the road with a supermarket too. Only complaint is that there is no bathroom slippers and toothbrush kit provided.

Clean and cozy room, affordable price, location good. The room temperature was not adjustable and hence it was too hot to sleep. Would have kept window open but the traffic noise was too loud. Would not come back during summer. The most important thing about a hotel is to offer a good night’s sleep, this hotel could not deliver that.
