"We enjoyed our stay here ! The dome rooms were super cool! I took really nice photos here and was able to put together a nice video and received many good feedback! Weather was clear that day so we had a clear view of Fuji from our room! Staff was nice ! Just wish the breakfast was better !"

"CLAMPING at Bulls Camp was really convenient for overnighter to the Mt Fuji area for Expo Fireworks at Fujiten Ski Resort. Not quite Camping, definitely not Glamping, the camp is situated right off of the 139 though there really was not any highway noise. The little deck and barbecue were great. "Don’t believe the one star reviews, this is an amazing, authentic experience with wonderful hosts. The property is spotless - this is a mineral spa and there will be deposits on the spa baths. The food is wonderful but they will struggle with significant dietary restrictions. We don’t eat meat and confirmed a couple of times this was OK well before we arrived. This is a Japanese resort. If you aren’t keen on an immersive experience this is not for you. The weather was terrible when we stayed and we still loved every minute. Including the wine bar! Hot tip. Arrive early for the drumming show. Both nights we stayed were standing room. "

"I had a positive stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, even before the official check-in time, they kindly offered to store my luggage so I could begin sightseeing right away. They also provided a complimentary shuttle to the bus terminal, which was very convenient. It is an easy walk downhill from the bus station to the hotel, but carrying luggage back uphill can be a challenge—so the shuttle was much appreciated. The room itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with excellent shower water pressure. The spa facilities are a highlight, though each has its own character. The 6th-floor spa offers a beautiful view of the lake. It features a small outdoor warm bath (suitable for two) and a large indoor warm bath, but no sauna, steam bath, or cold plunge. The basement spa, on the other hand, is more extensive, with a large outdoor bath overlooking a stone waterfall, a spacious indoor warm bath, a cold plunge bath, and a sauna. The sauna was not operating during my early-morning visit at 6 a.m., though to be fair, this may have been due to the early hour. The traditional Japanese breakfast was excellent, and the dining room provided a gorgeous view of the lake and surrounding mountains, making for a memorable start to the day. Overall, this property offers great service, very good value, and an excellent location. I would gladly recommend it to other travelers."

"The hotel is gorgeous and perfectly located near Togendai station. Accessible by public transport, it was easy to get to from Tokyo. The rooms are perfectly suited for short stays but could be stretched for 3 or 4 days and still be super comfortable. Plenty of Instagram worthy photo opportunities, sensational breakfast and dinner. Staff are constantly helpful and wonderful. My only issue was 2 nights wasn't enough to catch everything that Hakone and the surrounds had to offer. Highly recommended."

"Exceptional view to Mt Fuji from the roof terrace and from some bedrooms. Very helpful and polite staff. The breakfast is not great but is ok. Surprisingly, the hotel restaurant is near the station (15 min walk) but this is ok because the hotel provides transport. The food there is very good. Overall, I would stay in this hotel again."
