"We booked a one bedroom lake view suite. The view was great! The kitchen and bathrooms were decent but the carpet and furniture was very old. The room needs a renovation. Our king bed was very comfortable but the pull out couch for our teenagers was terrible! It felt like you were laying on cardboard and springs. They could not sleep. We complained and the manager when he came back from his days off upgraded us for our remaining nights to a newly renovated 2 bedroom beach front townhouse. It was amazing! As well we were compensated by removing our resort fee and parking. We were very happy with the customer service! "

"Newly renovated and very clean. Only suggestion would make is to have dresser drawers or closet as there are none in suite so you are basically living out of your suitcase."
