Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort
8/10 Good
"Great location, especially if you have a lake-view room. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to ongoing construction, frequent amenity closures because of private events, and parking that was an absolute nightmare. The elevators were often out of service, making it difficult to carry luggage and manage two kids from the fourth floor. We were also told there would be a discount for the hotelโs pizza night but were charged full price, and nothing was done after we raised the issue. The main pool wasnโt heated either. The hotel did provide complimentary breakfast and waived the amenity fees, which was appreciated, but overall the experience didnโt match our expectations."
