A special shoutout to **Alex at the welcome/check-in desk**! From the moment we arrived, he treated us with such warmth and kindness. When our rooms weren’t quite ready after a long day of travel, Alex prioritized us, ensuring we felt welcomed and comfortable despite the delay. His genuine hospitality and cheerful demeanor made a world of difference throughout our stay. I felt like I made a friend during our time there! This trip was my first adventure to Mexico, mainly to see **BTS in concert**, and the excitement was palpable. We even connected with fellow **BTS ARMY** members among the hotel staff who shared in our joy, creating wonderful memories that we’ll cherish forever.
