"The hotel is not bad, and the location is spectacular! We stayed in a Luxury King room overlooking the water, and the view was definitely the highlight of our stay.
However, for a room advertised as "luxury," I expected much more space. The room itself was small, and the bathroom was extremely cramped. The toilet was squeezed between the shower and the sink, leaving very little room to use it comfortably. They didn't even have space for a standard toilet paper holder—it was mounted on a wire rack underneath the sink. If you're over six feet tall or of average-to-large build, using the toilet comfortably is almost impossible.
Another disappointment was the parking situation. At no point before check-in was I informed about the parking fee. To make matters worse, the hotel charges for parking even though finding a parking space can be difficult. We ended up having to park in a nearby parking garage at our own expense, which was frustrating.
Service at the restaurant was also inconsistent. I ordered a hot tea, and it arrived with barely warm water in a cup with visible smudges. After serving me, the waiter disappeared and never returned to check on the table. The next time I saw him was when he came to clear my dishes, and that's when I had to ask for more hot water.
On a positive note, the bartender was excellent, and the housekeeping staff did a great job throughout our stay. Their professionalism and friendliness were appreciated.
Would I stay here again? No. HH"
