Hotels near Napa Valley Museum

"The front desk person that served the Marriott Bonvoy members was not very helpful and cooperative. Some extra training may help her dealing with custmors. E.g. we went looking for the Bicycles to go for a ride. We were not informed correctly where the bikes were. We eventually found it and then saw a sign that the gadget that got us the bike was ‘Out of order’. We wish we were told this by her before we walked on the way to the bikes by grazing st straws before we found that they were near the fitness center. Not had poor service from other Martiotts we have stayed in other parts of the US. "

"We had just gotten back to the states after three weeks in Europe and decided to decompress for several days in the Napa area before going home.The Hilton Garden Inn in Napa was the perfect hotel choice for us. Attractive lobby, clean, comfortable, quiet - and reasonably priced. Complimentary wine tasting at 5:00pm, great breakfast, delicious dinner choices and terrific staff. The hotel was conveniently located. We rode the Vine Trail on electric bikes which were delivered right to the hotel and downtown Napa was just an 8 minute drive by car. By the time we left, we felt completely rested and rejuvenated. We would stay at this hotel again."
