"All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver thoroughly explained getting to each airport terminal from the drop off point. Daytime shuttle service is limited and is an extra fee Maintenance responded within minutes for a simple repair. TV reception was weak but could not be repaired. A little kitchenette was useful for a 2 day stay. Many choices for self serve breakfast (not included in price) and well staffed, clean with many choices. Glass door shower entrance is extremely narrow. A deep bathtub is available with attached hand held shower. Walking to the village is pleasant through a park behind hotel. Spa was closed but indoor pool was available. "

"Nice hotel- we stayed here for two nights, to access disneyland. It was a quick 10 minute Uber ride to the resort. the air conditioning was nice, clean and comfortable beds."

"The property was under construction. I suspect the lobby will be beautiful once completed. Our room was fine for our one night stay. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options. It is not obvious how to get to the hotel from the airport. It took us a while to figure out which train to take (it’s the one that goes to the parking garages!). The signs are not easy to follow. A shuttle driver, that we asked for help, confirmed that it was confusing to absolutely everyone! I don’t often order room service, but we arrived late to the hotel and we were hungry. There was a 5 euro surcharge on any item ordered for room service. That was half the cost of the item I wanted! I decided to go down to the restaurant and see if I could take something “to-go”. They wanted to charge me the surcharge for that as well. I talked them out of it, but why upset your guests with this type of cash grab. All-in-all it was a good but pricey stay close to the airport."
