The location is also fantastic, with a great variety of food options around the center — so many choices within easy reach, which made dining out convenient and exciting. "Room was good, but I smelled cigarettes in my room (2306), not sure if it was the air system. Staffs are very friendly. The manager at the cafeteria on the third floor is wonderful. I regret I didn’t get her name. She remembered our room number and the hot drinks we like during the 3 days we stay. She is a treasure to the hotel. "

"Everything was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Room rate very reasonable and it included breakfast and complimentary access to the executive lounge. Overall much better value for money than Hong Kong! Definitely recommend Shenzen for a visit!"

"The hotel is located in a newer development area. It is standing right in front of the ocean with nice walking paths along the ocean . From our room we could see sparkling Marcau , and the ocean . The room has tall ceilings with floor level windows. The style is European and luxurious with lots of beautiful marble . "
