Even the cups were chipped, and one of the entrance keys we were given didn't work. Even though we were in a double room, we had to request a second towel on 2/3 days we stayed there. ..."

"Beautiful place, very nice big room on a historic building. Well located. I enjoyed my stay very much. The only thing, there were a lot of dead flies on the window sill in the bathroom. I think i am much taller than the average cleaning staff, the window is high so i saw it and they don't."
