Charged much higher fees than market price for booking a vehicle to airport for guests and the vehicle was too tight. The driver seems not very friendly and no one from the hotel came out to help loading our luggage. Other than these, we had a very good experience with this hotel.

AC was terrible. Sadly the staff are not happy and as a consequence don't show the normal attitude you see at every other Crowne Plaza
