"We had most wonderful time there. It’s different one of the most special experiences we had. We had panoramic views of the bay from our room and amazing omakase dinner with unlimited alcohol included. We also loved the beautiful minimal design and amazing hospitality from the stuff. Lastly, don’t miss the dolphin cruise! We had the most closeup encounters with wild dolphins. It was definitely a cherry-on-top experience for the whole trip. "

"The view is great and the outdoor onsen are a gorgeous, facing the harbour to enjoy the onsen. The food quality is really average, seafood & meat , just like a fast food quality but they are very generous on the free flow of wine including sake"

"What an unexpectedly seamless stay! There was a shuttle bus that met us at the Shinkansen station that took us to the Onsen. When we arrived, we were ushered to a comfortable lobby for check-in. The bellman showed us the entire hotel and onsen, and walked us through our kimonos and slippers. Lovely breakfast, lovely rooms, lovely Onsen... and another free shuttle back to the Shinkansen station. We will definitely return! "

"Its a "romance hotel," which I didn't realize until I got there, so I was naturally confused when I entered the front door as there is no reception desk just 4 buttons you can press to select your room type and a phone. I stood around confused for long enough that a nice employee saw me confused on a security camera and came to help. When I entered my room there is a credit card machine, and other amenities for your stay, including the "romantic" items available for use. It was an unusually...

"The staff had a very high work ethics. The room was clean and the cleaning crews were working diligently. I loved the location where was very convenient to take the city train system. The only thing I did not like was: a man’s hot spring was much bigger and had 4-5 kinds of hot tubs. In contrary, a female had only one hot tub. "

"Great hotel for a solo traveler right next to Toyama station. Good place to explore the city, and right next to multiple streetcar stations to explore Toyama. "

"We stayed in the Double Room, Non Smoking (15 sqm). The room is compact but efficient, with a small bath tub in the bathroom and a humidifier that you fill with your own water before switching on. Free hot drinks are available at the lobby throughout the day.
Check in was smooth and straightforward, and the hotel already had our Expedia reservations ready. As with most Japanese hotels, copies of our passports were taken at registration. Coin laundry facilities are available at the lobby, along with vending machines for drinks and beer. The washer costs Y200 for a 31 minute cycle, detergent is Y30, and the dryer is Y100 for every 10 minutes.
The location is excellent. The hotel sits just across the road from Toyama Station and is also beside a Family Mart, making it very convenient for quick snacks and essentials. A shopping mall with multiple food options is within short walking distance.
Luggage delivery via Ta-Q-Bin was easy to arrange. Each bag requires its own slip, and the process was handled efficiently by the hotel."
