My room was not an ocean front room I had the view of the boat dock and sturf boards not like the pictures no hammocks . Nothing like the picture from Expedia . "

"Loved my Lagoon Bure king room was obsessed so beautiful. the Girl in the front was the best and sweetest the nurse saved my trip since I wasn’t feeling good loved them both .

Genereral managed was not very helpful or nice. Would get mad at me for even asking for changed . Don’t acknowledge me at all . Overall love my experience here . Everyone else was super friendly . Recommend room 2090 or 2096 "
"Sad to see the place is so run down, toilet doors by pool and restaurant that dont close nor have latches. Room cleaning is below average - face towels, cups and soap not replaced. Rubbish overflowing and not changed. Stones missing in outdoor shower floor. Gym had nothing to wipe or clean with. No pen present to sign in, no water fountain. Overall it is clear the resort is just thrashed and tired and many of the buildings need to be properly restored. Please forward this to owners. Staff however made all of that not seem so bad but we’d hate to fo back a third time to such a run down property. Its clear the owners are all about greed and less about preservation and upkeep"
"This was an amazing experience. It was one of our first resort experiences and as a family it was perfect. There was so much for the kids to do, and we really could stay within the resort and have a great time. There were some good activities (snorkelling, diving, boating, jet skis) which were bookable and departing from Radisson Blu as well which was amazing. Also other local activities available via the tour desk.
The staff were all very friendly and amazingly responsive - whilst sometimes some inconsistencies (wrong number of towels being replaced etc) they were also so quickly resolved and without a fuss.
The rooms were fantastic and comfortable and oh my god the beds were perfect. Such amazing mattresses and cleanliness in the rooms.
The pool area was awesome as well - easily the nicest we saw on Denirau Island. Only irritation was the number of guests who reserved great poolside spots with towels and often wouldn't show up for hours... we tried to be good guests and avoid this but in the last few days it just resorts to oh well it's really the only way to get a good spot.
Will absolutely be coming back - all the staff were great and it was one of the best holidays. "
