What a wonderful staff, thoroughly enjoyed our stay for to the wonderful people working at the hotel. Breakfast is really good and I enjoyed dinner a la carta too. Do book the snorkeling trip, got to see turtles, reef shark and lots of beautiful fish

We had a good time. Staff was friendly and helpful. The resort is pretty and the room was spacious. I enjoyed the quiet nights and activities. The resort doesn’t have a beach, transportation to and from the resort can be expensive, and food options can be improved. Overall, We had a great time!

The room was spacious with nice bathroom. The pool area was ample with good seating. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Some of the amenities like the tennis court and games area could do with some maintenance. The ocean is not swim friendly from this resort.

Our 3rd stay here at the Double Tree, won't be our last. The facilities are excellent, the buffet breakfast has something for everyone. Rooms are large and well equipped with a modern bathroom. The staff are a credit to the resort, helpful, friendly, and attentive. The standard of service here has never changed, from the front of house to the cleaners such as the wonderful Ala from housekeeping and Sam in the cafe. We love this place.

All the staff were amazing from the boat to the hotel. Save was funny and Paul climbing the coconut trees made it fun. Breakfast was amazing. I remembered eating fish curry and chicken curry in 2018 but they removed it. I would recommend to have many dinner options available and not too expensive so people will stay in the resort. But overall absolutely fabulous stay.

The room was spacious and clean, enjoyed balcony with a great view. Staff very friendly and amazing. Breakfast was ok but not amazing, coffee machines weren’t working properly and once food was empty it took a while to be filled up again. Dinner was great at the grill restaurant but pretty average at the a la card restaurant - all options pretty expensive and then not ideal when food is not great. Our stay was ok for 2 nights but would have been a bit disappointed for a longer stay.

The Doubletree Resort was like a home away from home. The staff turned into family-family you like. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. So many activities available to keep every age entertained. The meals were excellent-a wide assortment for the buffet breakfast and dinners. Great for families or couples.

Beautiful resort. It was clean and rooms were fantastic. The best part about the resort was the friendly staff and management. We felt like we were part of a family and taken care of. The food was so delicious as well from breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner, we mostly ate on the resort because of the tasty food.

Staff weren’t overly friendly!! Often ignored for a period of time when wanting a table (staff busy talking to other staff and on the computer) Be prepared to pay top dollar for shuttles for excursions as a lot don’t offer a pick up from this resort being quite a wee way from everything. Bar staff were very helpful and bubbly, the most part a neat place to visit
