"We stayed here because we were visiting our son that is serving in the Airforce and it was close to the base. The staff were very nice, bed was super comfortable, breakfast was great, and the lounge offered pool tables and massage chairs. "

"Avon Hotel was well situated for our needs - near to multiple convenience stores and coffee shops, and transportation by bus or taxi was very easy. The staff were always smiling and helpful."

"Limited dining options within walking distance. Have to take the trash out at the checkout to avoid penalties. Condo has cooking utensils but need to clean afterwards to avoid penalties. Couch cushion has seen the better days. Futon is Korean style and had no cushion. Blanket is too thick for summer. Check in available at the hotel counter across street. "

"Hotel is old and needs improvemts, toilet seat broken, solid pillows and lumpy bed. Plus side it is very near to the lake with a lovely walk around in natural surroundings. "

"Property location was good, the market was within a 10mins walk away. Bus stop just 3 mins away. The couple at the reception was very helpful and friendly. The Ginseng chicken restaurant nearby was very good. The room was very clean ."

"Great little hotel in an area with good night life. Loads of dining options, including right in the hotel. Was an easy 15 minute drive to the World Cup Stadium to watch a Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors football match. "
