Hotel is old and needs improvemts, toilet seat broken, solid pillows and lumpy bed. Plus side it is very near to the lake with a lovely walk around in natural surroundings.

사진이 되게 그럴듯하게 나와있었는데 정말 오래된 관광호텔이었고 침대 매트리스는 스프링소리가 날만큼 오래되었고 방 안 인테리어도 90년대 타임머신을 탄것 같았음. 냉장고도 잉~ 하는소리가 계속나서 전기코드를 뽑아서 잤음… 90년대에 호수 바로앞에 자리를 잘잡았구나… 그뒤로 그냥 청소만 잘했구나 인테리어는 안했구나…

객실에 들어가는 순간 쾌쾌한 향으로 입실 순간부터 불쾌감을 줌 객실의 침대와 가구, 스탠드조명, 샤워기가 , 세면대가 너무 낡고 훼손이 되어 있었고, 욕실 욕조의 샤워 커튼 제일 아랫부분에 곰팡이가 심함.

친절하고 응대도 좋은데 방이 좀 낡은건 어쩔수 없네요^^; 다만 주변에 호수 같은 것이 있어서 둘러보기 좋고요. 시끄럽지 않아 자는데 문제 없습니가.

주변은 조용하나 너무 조용해서 냉장고 소리가 오히려 크게 들림 앞에 은파호수공원이 있어 아침에 산책하기 좋음 위치는 맛집이 몰려 있는 군산 중앙시장쪽과 거리가 있는 편

건물은 오래되고 낡았지만,나름 꾸준히 관리되어 청결한 느낌이었다. 특히 침대에 누워서 보이는 호수의 야경 뷰가 참 좋았다. 단점은, 여행객이 많지 않아서인지, 조식은 전날 신청을 해야만 한다. 또한 룸에서 와이파이가 연결되지 않았고 침대쪽에는 천저 조명이 없어서 책 읽기에는 불편했다. 하지만. 청결함은 마음에 들었다.
