"Amazing place"

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff was great, super polite and helpful."

"Beautifully designed resort on the side of a cliff. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with lots of privacy. Highlights were the high quality breakfast (dinner at this restaurant was also great), the main pool area and the gym. Note there are a lot of hills to navigate if you are walking around the resort, but the buggy service is relatively fast."

"Great location"

"We had an amazing experience staying at Sugar Marina Lagoon. Staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are so nice and we enjoyed the pool."

"The property isn’t very close to the beach, but it’s still within walking distance. But it shouldn’t tell itself as a beachfront property. Limited shopping and stores nearby but enough to survive on."

"Absolutely amazing staff members that were so helpful and so communicative with us, we stayed in a pod with the pool and everything was exactly like the photos, 24 hours service and amazing food (especially the chicken masala) Thank you so much"

"We reserved the delux jacuzzi pool side room. The room was overall good. Just the bathroom had an outdoor shower so when it rained bad the water did come into the shower and there was rain water dripping from the ceiling in the room. Also smells strange from the rainwater and outdoor shower. The staff was great and very helpful. Decent breakfast. But the place definitely needs some upgrades."

"close to the beach, and restaurants"

"Very nice, clean and new hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. You get a lot for your money. Highly recommend it!"

"This property is in the back of no where not tourist friendly or attractions. Would not recommend the friendliest animal was the mongrel dog "

"I arrived and called the host multiple times and every time they say they will come in few minutes... I waited more than an hour and finally no one came. They just sent me the code to smart lock... I don't understand why they didn't send it from beginning!! The taxi left me because she couldn't wait anymore so I had to drag my luggage up as the room was the last building up the hill!! It almost ruined my whole trip in my last night but the Mariot restaurant next to them made my night a little...

"Clean room, great grounds, free shuttle to local places was a great option. I would stay here again! "

"Spotless rooms free toiletries n tea and coffee helpful friendly staff"

"Wonderful peaceful, clean and beautiful resort tucked away in a delightful quieter corner of Phuket. Excellent friendly and helpful staff."
