The room was kept clean. The bathroom was small, but the facilities were arranged efficiently, so there was no inconvenience at all. Kind staffs and decent breakfast.

Typical no frill business hotel.
It's a typical Toyoko Inn. Things are in order, clean and tidy. This is the hotel if you just want a clean place to sleep and prefer to save your budget to spend somewhere else.

Family of four from PH
We had an amazing stay at Toyoko inn nishiki branch. The concierge was very helpful. On our first day, on our way to the hotel from the airport, my son lost his cellphone and we reported it to the train station in kanagawa but it wasn't found at that time. We were given a number to call in the future to check if the phone was found. When we reached the hotel, the check in process was smooth and I asked help from the concierge and gave the number to help us check if the phone was found. Voila, it was found at the last train station in gifu. We were assisted and given a note so we can show it at the train station in gifu. We got the phone on the 2nd day in gifu station and since there was a note from the hotel the claiming process was a breeze and I was only asked to show my passport as proof.
Good job to toyoko inn for the assistance.
We really appreciate it and enjoyed our stay. Plus the free breakfast and the night apparel provided!
